1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for:
Confirmed product quality defects (within shelf life)
Wrong products/quantities shipped by our company
Products failing to meet agreed quality standards
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products beyond shelf life, damaged by improper storage/handling after delivery
Opened/used products, customized private-label items (unless quality issues)
Returns requested more than 15 days after delivery
3. Return Process
Submit return request with order number, defect photos, and product details within 15 days of receipt
Obtain a valid RMA number from our customer service (no return accepted without RMA)
Ship returned goods within 10 days of RMA approval
Refund/replacement processed after inspection and confirmation
4. Shipping & Refund
Our fault (quality/order error): We cover return shipping and process full refund/replacement
Customer reasons: Customer bears all return shipping costs
Refund issued via original payment method within 10 working days after inspection
5. Product Guarantee
All products have a 18-month shelf life from production. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
